Killer: A [Fashion] Journalist more famous than the people she writes about…

The alias “Kitty Killer” was a self given identity that occurred to me just before my 18th Birthday. I had decided to host a 1960’s theme murder mystery party at my house to celebrate my birthday and on deciding which character I would like to play “Kitty Killer” stuck out to me like a calling card. Her description was of a sexy, dangerous, talented and successful journalist who was known as much for her talent as her presence. Ever since I have used “Kitty Killer” as an identity for this website.

My real name is Robyn Anne Lynch and I am a 19 year old BA Fashion Journalist student at the “University of Creative Arts” in Epsom. I live in a house with three other students where we spend most of our time playing “Guitar Hero” and watching “Ace Ventura”. I originally hail from Basingstoke, a town near Reading where I had lived with my Mum, Dad, Brother and more cats than anybody should probably ever own.

I have known that a career in the fashion industry is what I want from quite a young age, however it is only recently that my love of writing and personal expression has collided with my desire for clothes. So far it has been quite a happy coupling with several published articles in small Newspapers which can be seen in the “Articles” section.

I am in my first year at University and so far am enjoying the challenge and independence despite missing home and all its familiarities. I work three days a week at H&M in Covent Garden which I enjoy and earns me enough extra money to go out to all the things I like to do such as gigs, clubs nights, going the cinema, visiting London, seeing friends and of course buying clothes. I also take great pleasure in photography, reading, writing, learning and scrap booking magazines.

I would describe myself as a genuine and honest person who occasionally makes mistakes but tries to learn from them and move onwards to being a better person. I greatly value integrity and loyalty in other people as well as a sense of humor and the ability to laugh at ones self.
